About Us

Serving clients in Eastern Washington and North Idaho, Julia has been an active part of the Spokane community since 2010. Her love for real estate blossomed as she and her husband purchased their first few family homes and  investment properties. They had a fantastic experience with the Haven Real Estate team guiding them through these  transactions, prompting Julia to seize the opportunity to become a REALTOR® with this brokerage in 2020.

In this fast paced and competitive market, she quickly built experience with a wide variety of transactions, helping clients  achieve successful outcomes buying and selling homes, condos, multi-family properties, and raw land. Each type of  transaction is full of nuance and Julia is prepared to navigate all of the unique aspects with professionalism.

Julia loves working with a brokerage that prioritizes exceptional customer experience, expertise in all phases of a  transaction, and supports personal growth for each agent. She loves the unique opportunity to meet people from so  many walks of life and partner with them through the pivotal buying/selling process. Never treated as just another  transaction, Julia spends time listening to the unique needs of each client so their goals are at the forefront of each  stage of the process – proving both her personal and professional commitment at every step of the way.

Before her real estate career, Julia spent decades as a concert violinist and attended the University of Michigan and  University of Southern California with full scholarships for her music degrees. She has performed all over the world  as an orchestral soloist and even enjoyed small appearances in a few movies during her years in Los Angeles. Upon  graduating with her Doctorate, Julia spent a decade at Eastern Washington University as their violin professor. These  experiences have given Julia a unique skillset where she can navigate any high pressure situation with poise and  confidence.

As someone who has purchased multiple homes, Julia knows how big these decisions are—the mix of stress and  excitement is a common theme for most clients. She goes out of her way to provide guidance, resources, consistent  communication, and strives to anticipate any bumps in the road in order to mitigate as much stress as possible.

Julia and her husband live in Spokane with their three children. They love spending time outdoors in all seasons,  enjoying the abundance of water and snow activities in the PNW. Still very involved in the Spokane music  community, you will often find Julia performing in the Spokane Symphony, teaching a handful of private violin  students, and supporting her children in their musical endeavors. She is so grateful for the opportunity to call Spokane  home and loves talking about all of the amazing attributes of our area with anyone interested!
