Moving up from Texas to Spokane was a challenge, especially since I had limited time to look at houses. Julia was able to show me a number of houses on short notice, which included after hours and weekends. But more than that, I was in Texas when she conducted several remote showings over her phone, and the house I finally bought was sight unseen. In addition, she gave me advice on several houses concerning location and value. In the end I ended up with a great house and now I get to furnish it from scratch!!
